In order to improve the health care delivery system in the State, we shall add value to the good health care delivery services that have been established by this Government. We shall ensure that there are more Primary and Secondary Health Care facilities for the benefit of our citizens. We shall also evolve a system of producing Doctors that will meet the level of at least one doctor to every one hundred persons. Major health care specialist diagnostic centres shall be established in each Senatorial District of the State.
