We have reached a point in our pilgrimage towards collective destiny or promised land where we can tell who we are coming from, what we are living for, where we are going from here and what we are expecting out of life ultimately. We have left the arena of spiritual depravity, religious bigotry and enslavement, social and cultural disorientation, disability in morality, economic bankruptcy, political apathy, psychological and emotional disturbance, mental confusion, poverty induced violence, academic paralysis, intellectual depression, existential corruption and general insecurity.

We need a leader that has sustainable characteristics of life that will enable him lead us to our promised land. We believe that Arc. Namadi Sambo has the following qualities of life to be our Governor come May 29,2007.

A. Acceptable
Our governor must be a person who is acceptable to the majority of our people. This is because of our diversities and peculiarity. He must be one who also enjoys a reasonable degree of acceptance y people outside our State and by the

international community. Such a person is usually regarded as a man of the people, who freely associates with all classes of persons in spite of their status in life, religious and social background, ethnicity and nationality. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

B. Believer
We need a governor who has a genuine faith in God. That type of leader must not be an atheist or a nominal believer who does not have any valid fear of God. Our governor must have a deep sense of appreciation of who God is and a commitment to the leadership of God. He or she must have a reverential awe of God's presence to inspire a godly daily character. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO

C. Courageous
Our governor must have courage to lead us in all circumstances and in all situations.

Outside the fear of God. Our type of governor must be fearless to provide superior leadership to the best interest of the state, no matter the cost. The governor has to be someone who has the "WILL-POWER" to do what is best and appropriate to our state interest, without bowing to the inordinate interest of any individual or group. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

D. Detribalized
We need a governor who sees and accepts every indigene and non-indigene as a brother or a sister by virtue of our common root in one God and our national heritage as citizens of one nation. Such a person must not be a godfather of a

particular tribe to the detriment of other ethnic groups. The leader of a multi-ethnic state like our own must be seen to be father or mother of all the people in all matters pertaining to our state interest. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

E. Efficient
The governor that we need must be efficient. Beyond academic knowledge, he must be one who is capable of translating qualitative ideas into profitable actions or desired results. He must be productive and result oriented. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

F. Faithfulness
Our governor must be faithful to the mandate of the people of the state. In order to be the people's leader, he must be trustworthy and committed to the promises made to the people. There must be an overwhelming sense of faithfulness to duty and to God ultimately. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

G. Gifted
We need a gifted person who is highly endowed by God to discharge any given responsibility successfully. As a talented person, the leader must exhibit native intelligence in handling matters pertaining to the office of the governor of a state as ours. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

H. Health
Our governor must be physically and mentally healthy to lead this complex State. He must be mentally sound to cope with the enormity of problems before him. Such a leader must be mentally balanced, as he would be dealing with all kinds of people with different temperaments. He must be emotionally stable. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

I. Industrious
We need an industrious leader to help build Kaduna State of our dream. The leader we need must be hard working assiduous, and diligent. He must be rich in mind and creativity to inspire and lead the state in rapid industrialization and purposeful commercialization. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

J. Just
Our leader must be just in all his actions. He must be someone who is able to justify all his actions. He must not be someone who, after taken an action would not have sufficient reasons to justify his position. He must be someone who is able to stand by his words and truly defend his position. He must be one that the citizens can defend. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

K. Knowledgeable
Our governor must be well informed and be well acquainted with facts, truths and principles of governance in our complex state. He must be an all-rounder without necessarily having chains of degrees or being an egghead. His being knowledgeable will enable him to have a thorough grasp of the needs and wants of the people. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

L. Loving
The leader we need must be kind, compassionate and affectionate. He must be one who sympathizes and empathizes with the citizenry. He must be generous in the spirit of affection and be kind enough to forgive easily those who offended him as father of all. His actions, deeds must show him as someone who loves. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

M. Motivator
Our governor must have the ability to inspire others in the right direction. By motivating others, he would be able to influence and head the people. As a leader, he must possess the ability to recognize good deeds and reward people accordingly. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

N. Nationalist
The governor we need today must be someone who believes in the corporate existence of Nigeria as a nation. He must have the interest of the nation at heart. He must not be a sectional or tribal leader. He must not be seen to protect the interest of one ethnic group over and above others. He must be a patriot who has the genuine interest of the nation at heart. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

O. Objective
He must be impartial, unbiased and unprejudiced in his actions. The governor we need must look at issues objectively and treats matters on merit and not on the basis of ethnicity, ideological belief or religion. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

P. Patriotic
Our governor must be denoted to the state. He must be someone who is moved by love for the state and country, having public welfare at heart. He must not betray his state and country for any reason at all. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

Q. Qualified
We need a governor capable of holding the office, and have all the pre-requisites for the office. His being qualified does not mean be has to hold many degrees or any high office before now. He must, in essence posses all the qualities of a good leader which would make him a round peg in a round hole. He must be qualified in his knowledge of life-situations and experienced enough to examine all pieces of advice and recommendations objectively before taking any decision. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

R. Reasonable
We need a leader who is amenable to reason and sound judgment. We need a leader with enough maturity and experience to listen to all the parties, and eventually arrive at a just conclusion. This can only be borne our of a careful analysis of situation on the ground by a thoughtful person. He must be a leader whose relationship with the people demonstrates identification with and finding solutions to our problems. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

S. Servant Leader
Our governor must be someone who will not be adversely affected by the sudden realization of the attainment of executive power and influence. We need a leader who is sufficiently grounded in God's injunction for leaders to lead by example. He must be a leader but not a boss who will serve as he is being served. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

T. Trusted and Tactful
We need a leader whose special endowments will include the ability to mediate among the conflicting interests in the state, in a manner that will be soothingly acceptable to all. He must be a man of trust. He must be tactful in handling all matters. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

U. Unitive
Our state is the most diverse of all the States in Nigeria. We have also citizens of other States and nationals in the State unequal compared to any other States in the country. As the political nerve-centre of Northern Nigeria and by extension, the entire country, we need a leader whose influence transcends his ethnic background; a towering figure behind whom we assemble and become one unified people in the State under God. He must have the ability to unite all of us and be himself must be an embodiment of unity. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

V. Visionary
Our governor must be a person who already has an idea of what the state ought to be and not one who will grope from one experiment to the other. Such a leader must be already bubbling with ideas, the zeal and the ability to carry us all with him to the place of his dream. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

W. Wise
We need a leader endowed with the Wisdom of Solomon to move us out of the present quagmire. At a time when a great leader like Makarfi is leaving the stage, we need a person who has the mental capability to act in such a way that our hope will be kept alive. He must possess the technical know-how of leadership. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

X. Xerophilous
We need a leader who has God-given ability to survive in all conditions. He must be someone who has been through thick and thin of life. Someone who has passed the litmus test of adaptability to different situations. He must be able to experience life both on the mountain and in the valley. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

Y. Yokemake
Our governor must be someone who is able to share the people's burden and not stand aloof and smile at their discomfiture. Such a person must always be ready to help us out of difficulties. He must share our sufferings and aspirations, prosperity and adversity as a true leader. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.

Z. Zealous
Our governor must be that person who is sufficiently concerned about the problems of this state such that he is driven almost to a point of frenzy about positively affecting lives. His zeal in pursuing the course of this state should inspire us to build a state of our collective dream. He is ARC. NAMADI SAMBO.
